FAQs
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices shown in the gallery are exclusive of VAT. Where applicable, VAT of 10% will be indicated in the reservation confirmation according to current regulations and country of destination.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the work. They are calculated according to the dimensions, packaging weight and country of destination, and are detailed before confirming the purchase. For international shipments outside the EU, any customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
How is the work packaged and shipped?
Each work is packed with rigid perimeter protection, high-density foam and a wooden or reinforced cardboard box appropriate to its dimensions. Shipping includes all-risk transport insurance. Delivery takes between 3 and 15 working days depending on destination.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer (SEPA or international) and PayPal. For custom commissions, a 50% deposit is required on confirmation, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
Can I return a work?
Given the unique and unrepeatable nature of every work, returns are not accepted except in cases of proven damage during transport. In such cases, the insurance covers the full value of the piece. It is recommended to photograph the packaging before opening it.
How long does a custom commission take?
Execution time depends on the dimensions and complexity of the work. Typically between 4 and 10 weeks from order confirmation and deposit payment. Progress is shared throughout the process.
Does the work include a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. All works are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, with the technical data, date of creation and catalogue registration number.
Can the work be viewed before purchase?
If you are in Spain, you can arrange a studio visit in Guadix (Granada). For international buyers, additional high-resolution photographs and videos of the work in natural light are provided.
